The Imperial Leasing and Fleet Management Division, Imperial Fleet Services (IFS) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Imperial Group, providing output based fleet management solutions for all makes of vehicles including passenger, Light, Medium and vehicles and in addition to servicing the corporate market with unique fleet management products and services, IFS owns, on a full risk management and reporting basis, the fleets of various South African government departments and provincial governments, including those of the government of Lesotho.
IFS’ philosophy is based on structuring and tailor-making solutions to suit the unique needs of each individual customer and to deliver a level of service excellence beyond expectation. The levels of service are enhanced by our affiliation to the Imperial Group and specifically Imperial Car Rental, Regent Insurance, Imperial Transport Holdings, Ukhamba Holdings and the vast network of Imperial Motor Dealerships.
IFS are fully aware that a critical success factor of our offering is service delivery and, as such, on time accurate delivery is vital to our winning and retaining clients. With this in mind we continue to invest in systems and to automate as many processes as possible to ensure accuracy and consistency in all our outputs. With 24 years in the fleet management industry and a fleet in excess of 35 000 vehicles under ownership and management, our objective is to provide comprehensive cost effective vehicle and mobility outsourcing solutions to the Southern Africa corporate market. Through its association with Global Fleet Services, IFS has access to an experience base that owns and manages in excess of 500 000 vehicles.
